Avaya B189 Konferans Telefonu H323 Abone desteği olan Avaya Aura CM da ve IP Office 500 9 Release de çalışabilmekte. Cihaz ile birlikte gelen 2GB SD Kart desteği ile görüşmeyi kayıt edebilmektedir. Harici Mikrofon takılabilmektedir. 2 GB SD Kart ile yaklaşık 68 Saatlik görüşme kaydedilebilmektedir.
